My daughter “played” Deborah Sampson for a book report/dramatization at school. She wore this hat with a Minuteman costume and looked absolutely adorable. We still have it hoping to use it again one day, or at least donate it to another child’s costume. It is sturdy and of very good quality. It looks like the real thing for someone not in the know!
