Awesome Cape,
I ordered this cape to go with my Wonder Woman costume. It was comfortable around the neck and it worked great. I won 1st place at a Halloween costume contest

This cape is just about what you’d expect for the price, which makes it great for a costume. The color is more red-orange than I’d hoped and didn’t match the rest of the costume, but it filled the bill inexpensively. I ordered one for a man as well, and it fit around the neck fairly well. (He wears 2XL.)
